I would like to share my recent experiences with your company. I recently traded my 2008 Mini (Carmax purchase) for a 2012 Mini. I have spoken with corporate customer service and all they managed to do was to repeat to me what I said to them. The finance side of the transaction felt like a shell game, not the no haggle/hassle advertised. The second strike came when I took the car in for its 30 day "fix the small stuff" appointment. It was determined that the car needed a complete brake job. (replacement of all 4 rotors, etc.) The store is covering the repair under the 30-day warranty but my question is how the car was allowed to be sold in said condition? I can be reached .
