I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED AT ONE OF YOUR STORES LAST NIGHT NOVEMBER 16, 2015.  AND YOU HAVE NOTHING BUT RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NASTY, NON-PRESENTABLE PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION. I WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES AT THE JEWELRY DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME. IT WAS QUITE OBVIOUS I WANTED TO LOOK AT SOME JEWELRY AND THE INDIVIDUAL YOU HAVE WORKING NOTICEABLY LOOKED AT ME AND TURNED AWAY TO PROCEED ON HER PHONE. THIS NASTY INDIVIDUAL WAS A YOUNG BLONDE SLIM GIRL WITH BLUE STREAKS IN HER HAIR. SHE LOOKED AT ME DEAD IN THE EYE, CHUCKLED, AND LOOKED DOWN AT HER PHONE. IS THIS THE PRACTICE ROSS HAS? IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER SHOULD RECEIVE? I DON'T THINK SO. WHILE WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES, I WITNESSED RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AS WELL. THE YOUNG GIRL WITH BLUE STREAKS WOULD CONTINUOUSLY ROLL HER EYES AT EVERY COMMENT THE CUSTOMER MADE. IF THIS PERSON DOES NOT WANT TO WORK THERE SHE SHOULDN'T IT IS SIMPLE AS THAT. I WALKED OUT DISGUSTED!
