I would like to speak with someone about my transmission problem I took my car – Carlos Ghosn email address

I would like to speak with someone about my transmission problem
I took my car to airport nissan in cleveland ohio and they said it was not covered. I have 58,000 miles on the car. They said there was a dent in the pan and I would need a new transmission and it would be 3,300. My mechanic said that should not have caused the problem. I called Nissan consumer affairs and they turned it over to a man named Dakota at the regional office. He called my husband today and told him it would not be covered under warranty so my husband asked him for a supervisor and Dakota told him there is no one higher than him. Meanwhile Nissan airport called me to bring in my car so they could take pictures to send in to see if it was covered. I don't know what is going on but it seems they are trying to avoid a warranty claim . Why would they want me to bring my car in if the decision has already been made. I would appreciate any help you could give me regarding this matter . The sooner the better as I have 2 infant grandchildren I need to drive around and this is not safe .
Thank you
Cheryl
