I would like to voice my dissatisfaction with your companies warranty service repair. I purchased a washing – Jeff M Fettig email address

I would like to voice my dissatisfaction with your
companies warranty service repair. I purchased
a washing machine at grand forks AFB-AAFEES
store in Feb of this year and it quit working . I
NOTIFIED YOUR COMPANY ON 2 MAY. we do not
have a laundry facility in town to get our clothes
washed. each day I would call to find out when
they were coming to repair it. seems thy could
not find a repairman. it wasnt until the 6th that
I received a call----from the repairman himself--
nothing from your company as far s notification
goes. I cannot wait aweek to do laundry--the
exchange store a the AIR FORCE BASE took the
machine back and gave me another. they do not
normally do that but made an exception due
to lack of cutomer service on your end and
hardship on mine. I had to load it up and drive
164 miles roundtrip to return the broken machine.
I buy things for dependability and that does not
to seem to be the case anymore. never did hear
from your customer service even when I sent in
their survey or even for them to follow up. want
you to know whats going on at your customer service level. thank you. X customer.
