I would like you to call me as my service for buying a Kitchen aid refrigerator has been bad. I paid 3000.00 for a refrigerator that I have only had 7 mo and a repair man made me wait one week to come to my house and tell me I need a part and it will take another week to get the part and then they can give me a date but dont no when. ITS THE HOLIDAYS AND TO BE WITHOUT A REFRIGERTAOR FOR 3 WEEKS PAYING THAT KIND OF MONEY IF i COULD BRING IT BACK TO THE STORE I WOULD .DONT NO WHAT TO DO AS IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE CARES. Im a widow that saved for the top of the line and cant believe IM BEING TREATED THIS WAY. WOULD BE NICE IF SANTA WOULD SEND BE ANOTHER ONE AND TAKE THIS ONE BACK. Hope to hear from you Mr. Fettig you look like a guy that would care.
