I would like your help in resolving a situation where your company sold me boots that cut into my legs. Michael has not been able to resolve this. Company employees lied to me and it is disappointing...especially being a lifelong customer.
Can you contact me at the above email address or forward this to someone beyond Michael who can actually come up with a proposal to solve this problem. I think you will be interested to know how this was mishandled by employees.
