John sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:
I would like your help to sort a problem out,14 member of my family have booked to travel from Derry to Liverpool on the 5/3/16 and return 16/3/16, a 15th member of the family has wrote the dates down wrong and booked to travel the12/3/16 and return on the 13/3/16.he has had to borrow the money to travel,and this is a genuine mistake.can you please help.
