I would not be doing this if Spectrum wasnt so pathetic. I have had TWC for over 30 years, but since it became Spectrum it has been nothing but trouble. If you check my account you will see over a dozen calls for a service that is not working. I have had 6-8 techs in my home and each one says they have repaired the problem...they have not. Your techs on the phone are completely inexperienced. It is impossible to reach someone with authority. With the way Spectrum operates, I really dont expect anything from you. I just wanted to try and explain that I am leaving Spectrum and that there are a lot of us, in this area, that have already done the same. If you are at all diligent you will at least check out what I have said.
