I would very much appreciate either an e-mail response or a call to my phone regarding an overcharge to my DEBIT VISA bank card whilst purchasing flights with RyanAir . I booked through Expedia, authorised a payment of £172.34 and another of £26.34 and RyanAir took two payments of £180.06 and £26.87. Whilst these two overcharges may be nothing to a millionaire, I am extremely annoyed that I have been ripped off and that your Customer Service staff simply tried to tell me that my DEBIT card was in fact a CREDIT card and that is why I was charged. This is simply not good enough and I want a full refund of the £8.25 over the amount I consented to pay from my bank account via my DEBIT CARD.
