I write this letter to let you know the frustration as a Customer, with Samsung.
Ref Service Order 4231351820 (STD Account no: 8468725962): My Samsung Airconditioner outer unit that was re-installed last year had fallen off the bracket, due to a shoddy job done by the team, almost missing an accident. The outer unit was suspended hanging only by means of the copper tube. There was a gas leak. On complaining- your so called service staff came over on 23rd Feb 2017, looked at it said: We are from installation team...We will send the Service team tomorrow . On the 24th, I get only a call from the service centre, saying that the outer unit must be taken to the factory- without even checking the unit, They are assuming that the unit is faulty- all out to make money. His very first sentence was that it would be Rs 1000 for transportation after checking we will give an estimate. Its an all out rip-off, when all the unit needed was installation with gas refill. I could have got it done by a local mechanic!!!
Based on my complaint, Service Order 4231351820 your local service centre in Chennai, INDIA, took the outer inner unit to be checked on Sat 25th Feb 2017.
Today (27th Feb) I was shocked to hear from your Ms. Ruhi Naz that ‘some part needs to be changed. As already explained, the outer unit had fallen, because of the inferior bracket, but was suspended in the air because of the copper tube. We had a local engineer disconnect the copper tube lift the outer unit on to our terrace. There is only gas that needs to be filled- otherwise the unit is perfect.
Let not your local service centre cheat us make money.
I curse having bought a Samsung Air conditioner at this huge cost. We have 2 other ACs of O-General- where the service is excellent.
Pl change your local centre as they are cheats. I would kindly request your personal intervention in this,
