I writing to inform you of what a wonderful and professional staff you have at the 1-800 number. I have called numerous times with questions and request and never once have I been disappointed. I've had to liquidate money from my IRA for closing cost and the person I was speaking to was so helpful! I had to call back to obtain documentation of the transfer for my mortgage company's underwriter and the letter was FedEx the same day. I wish I had the mindset to take names of people I spoke to but know I'm so grateful for their help and guidance during this VERY stress process of buying a home. Thank you again!!! Adele
