Andrew sent a message to Arne M. Sorenson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Marriott International, Inc. – Email Address that said:
I wrote a complaint with Marriott Troy hotels. I feel I was harassed and defamed by Michele street the general manager. Telling me that "I wasn't a customer even if I ordered chicken tenders" when clearly I never ordered my daughter chicken tenders. She also made false claims that a customer and employees claimed I used vulgar language, I may have said crappy but that's not vulgar. I never swore like Michele stated I did. Michele street is a liar and just wanted to kick me out of the hotel sometimes (not every time) my daughter and I don't always buy food because she's not always hungry. In my eyes to ignore a potential customer is bad business.
And before this alleged vulgar language (which never happened) my daughter and I were mistreated as paying patrons (as Michele street stated it wasn't a big enough order and scoffed at me 6/30/16 5pm. See I get my daughter every Thursday from 6-8pm school days, and 6-9pm summer as any customer I feel I'm being discriminated against for being Jewish. I have been going to the Marriott Troy for a few months, not once have I ever used vulgar language. But the 16th of June bones tv show was on a tv that was off from the bar, next to a private room where a few chairs and a fire place is at. My child and I watched bones that night at 8pm because my personal friend Lou Ferrigno Jr. was guest starring. We left at 8:20ish pm. I came back 10 min later and it was changed. All I did was as the employee why it was changed. He replied he changed it cause they have to show the sports programs. I looked at him in awkwardness and replied that's pretty crappy. I explained and expressed that my friend was on there and that's all I wanted to finish watching., keep in mind the NBA finals weren't even starting yet as it probably was a west coast game starting later. No customer spending big or little should be treated this way by any corporation.
I don't find it funny that Michele street made up lies and defamed me. I even told her I never ordered chicken tenders, it was a cheese pasta and it was for my child who is 8.
If this is how you condone customer service then I won't ever support this corporation.
I was treated better at the Hilton in Omaha NE! January 28th-30th. And when I was there I bought small meals for myself. Michele needs a demotion for her lousy customer service.
Oh and I'm in the media and entertainment business. I presume you're going to take care of this. I would hate for the local news and radio to broadcast this.
