I wrote you a letter concerning a return I was denied at your store. Per your return policy I could return item with receipt to any Office Depot. Bought a suitcase in Coloumbia - broken day one. Tried to return on Day 3. Told they would not take it back because there was no SKU number on receipt. Not my problem. I had the receipt with Office Depot clearly shown, had the currency exchange noted and had the suitcase in hand. I NEVER received a response from your office (I know it goes directly to your secretary). The customer service I have been shown is none. This was not a huge purchase to be ignored by the main office - you nor not being able to return with exactly what you state in your return policy.
