Linda sent a message to Muhtar Kent Chairman and CEO, The Coca-Cola Company – email address that said:
I wrote you January, 2016, complaining about the benefits department not reinstating my drug program that Medicare threw me out of. They said I was reinstated in 2016 which was not true.
This year they sent me a prescription card and when I double checked to make sure I did have the plan, they finally told me three weeks ago that I was not with Silverscript because I had opted out. They had assured me last year it would not be a problem because I had, in fact, not opted out.
They are trying "to fix" it with Silverscript but as the deadline for signing up with Medicare is next Monday, again, I have no hope. I just want to reiterate what I said in my letter; the Benefits Department is useless. They just "yes" you to death and do nothing. Why would they even bother to send me a prescription card if I can't use it!
