Iam having problems at work with employees and managers. I dont really know what to do. Some of the things going on are horrific and sad. I was given 3 days off without pay for another employee getting in my face after he had blocked my equipment with another piece of equipment. With at least 6 witnesses that saw the matter at hand and allegations of people putting there hands on people which are not true. I have talked to HR but still have not had much help. It is very uncomfortable going to work with this kind of thing going on. And no the guy who got in my face did not get suspended. Very confused and scared about losing my job. Unfortunately iam friends with the girl who got run over at work in sumner wa , with managers telling me im not aloud to talk to her one day and then another manager asking me about her the next day (uncomfortable).
