My name is Abhijeet Singh. I have been a FIFA player since 2008. Playing the game year in year out, I have never encountered a problem nor have I ever broken any rules/regulations. Last week I attempted to log into my account only to receive a message informing me that my account has been locked. I was in a total state of shock and figured there must have been a mistake. I have been the cleanest FIFA player for years now, accused of nothing throughout the years. There certainly must have been a mix-up, I thought to myself.
After countlessly getting in touch with EA advisers through online chatting and e-mails with each adviser giving me misleading and inaccurate information, I received the following e-mail from the terms of service team;
**Hello, Thank you for contacting us regarding the action that has been taken on your account. The sanction on your account is pertaining to the following violation: Promote, encourage or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items. Having completed a thorough investigation into your account and the complaint that you have made, we must advise that your account was actioned correctly, in full compliance with our policies and procedures. Following our review into the actions taken on your account we wish to confirm that we shall not be removing this sanction from your account, nor will we be pursuing this issue any further at this time. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. As a valued customer, your feedback is very important to us. Yours sincerely, EA Terms of Service**
I am being accused of something I have not done whatsoever! No evidence or proof of anything was presented to me. They quickly shut my case stating no further action will be taken on your account and it will remain locked. I submitted an appeal to this decision and they responded in less than 10 hours stating they have completed a second investigation and have found the same decision to be valid. Do you seriously think I would believe that a second thorough investigation was completed in less than 10 hours? This is a joke. If this is how EA treats its players, I do not want to be a part of such an evil company. I am desperately asking for your help in resolving my case. I understand that you continuously read the words Wrongfully banned but if you want to ban me, at least show me what I have done- WHICH IS NOTHING! I have done absolutely nothing wrong and have been a loyal FIFA player for years now. Instead of gaining recognition for being a clean player, I was banned for no reason at all.
A little bit about my account details: roughly played 100 games This Year In Fifa 17.
I submitted a BBB complaint and a specialist at EA is currently reviewing my case since TOS team is absolutely ridiculous. I am asking you to please put more efforts into reviewing cases. If I hadnt submitted a BBB complaint my account would of been thrown in the garbage.
All I am asking for a fair review. I am desperately asking a mod member to look more into my case.
