I am a customer of Ikea and have had a Kitchen fitted
with yourselves 3 years ago I have had several problems with it but most recently the fan assisted oven has broken down for the third time since I've had it and its still under guarantee this time it is at Christmas and the engineer can't come out till the 30th of December so no oven to cook the Christmas dinner!
I believe that this oven is not fit for purpose and should be replaced under my consumer rights
