Leonard Bearne sent a message to Peter Agne that said:
Dear Mr. Brodin,
I am reaching out to you because, at his time, there seems to be no other way to contact IKEA in Los Angeles. I have been trying for 4 months to place an order. A very simple order- one Billy bookcase. Twice I have managed to reach someone by phone ( this after calling at least a dozen times, reaching a recording that says that you are getting too many calls to handle) and both times, after being told they were checking, no one returned and I was disconnected. It is not possible to email IKEA unless I am cancelling an order. It is not possible, at this time, for me to physically go to a location. It is hard to believe that there is not an option for contacting IKEA about this situation. I know that the company has worked for over 70 years too build its reputation. My experience with you over the last several months is undermining that reputation. I thought you would want to know.
Sincerely,
Leonard
