I know you are busy so very sorry for bothering you however I would like to raise a formal complaint about how my case (faulty product) was handled by the Polish IKEA branch. I am a loyal IKEA Customer, I have plenty of IKEA product and was buying them for years, usually being very happy with the quality. Unfortunately the last experience with the Polish branch (complaint dept) was terrible and I want to refer my case to a higher instance. I am happy to provide all the required details, just need an email address of somebody form you Swedish HQ.
