Dear Sir.

I have written to your store in Valencia but as I expected they have not replied.

We placed an order with the Valencia branch of Ikea from our UK home and had a delivery date of 3rd May. One hour before the delivery time we had a call to say that they would not be delivering the order due to transport problem. Yes Ive heard that one before.
Not only did we not have the order which we needed to finish off the property, your company had my money, so I had to transfer some money from the UK at a cost so that we could go out and buy the items somewhere else.
I am very unhappy with your Companies treatment.
I look forward to your responce.
