Already several months my wife and I try to use the present card (cadeau kaart). First it was refused at one of your shops in The Netherlands. Now again I could not use the card in the on-line shop. This is not acceptable. I asked customer-support NL to help me, but they only want to cancel my order and is not what I want. I want my money back on my Credit Card. Customer Support tells me that is impossible without cancelling the order. I have put this unpleasant method of your customer support on Klachtenkompas and will now ask the Dutch Consumentenbond for help. Twice refusing the card looks like a method to keep us buying stuff at your shop. I just want the amount on the card back on my Credit Card. Please help me.
