I\'ve belived for many years that IKEA is one of the best chain furniture shops in the world. Till now. After i have been treated really badly in one of your shops. I\'ve spent my savings buying my dream kitchen and it became my horror. You say a lot in IKEA commercials about values but it doesn\'t work in reality. You should treat your clients better - this ordinary, not very rich people. They should be important for you.
