Good morning Mr Brodin,

I have found myself having to look you up as when dealing with Ikea customer service i was left perplexed as to why it would not be in their remit to authorise a refund of €75.00 on a delivery charge due to the fact that we have placed two orders with a joint value of over €1500,00 which are arriving on the same day to the same address and family name. As you can imagine €75.00 out of a family budget is a large sum of money especially in the current economic climate. I do understand that i have placed two separate orders but upon talking to your customer service team yesterday i was informed that i would have to cancel the orders and re-order as one to avail of one delivery charge but would have to wait for the monies to be refunded. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and get back to me promptly.
