I have been a loyal customer of IKEA for the past 45 years. However, my recent online experience leaves me wondering whether I should continue being a customer with IKEA. My on line order was 359564508.
Two months after placing my order a partial shipment showed up that resembled items bought at a dirty garage sale. In the this shipment 80 percent of the order was missing or damaged. To add insult to injury the day after the NON-DELIVERY your organization sends me an email that states my delivery is COMPLETED. I have filed a dispute over this purchase with my credit card company after numerous attempts to contact your customer service department by email and phone. I want a full refund ($644.23).
