My granddaughter ordered a bedroom chair on Tuesday, May 19. Order #353629763. When she got the conformation email she saw it was for two chairs, not one. She began calling customer service immediately, but it was after 6:30 so she had to call in the morning. She called all day Wednesday and could not get through. She then got through on Thursday and was told she had to pay for the delivery of the second chair. She began calling again today and then called me to help. I tried all day to reach someone in customer service and it is not possible. She is a young girl and is upset that she is having this experience and I am also upset that Ikea is doing this to her. Can you help? Her email is angela.russo@purchae.edu. All she wants is to cancel one of the chairs. They have not shipped and she started trying to correct this immediately after ordering.
