So sorry to have to contact a busy man like you but I'm really frustrated with Ikea and cannot get any response on the telephone.
My husband and I placed an order (#367443584) on 10/26/2020 totalling $829.30, which included $49 delivery. Ikea set delivery date for 31st Oct between 9a.m. and 9 p.m. so we waited and nothing arrived. Since then we have heard nothing but the money has been taken from our bank account. We are both in our 70's and do not have money to waste like this. PLEASE can you help us? We still want the goods we ordered and do like Ikea products and have ordered before with no problem but the lack of communication is extremely worrisome!
