@IKEAUSA – Peter Agne – We were told that our gift card would be in the email 3 weeks ago

James Wentworth sent a message to Peter Agne that said:

We were told that our gift card would be in the email 3 weeks ago and still nothing. My wife and I came into the Orlando store in the beginning of November to pick up over $1000 worth of merchandise to finish our remodel of one of our rooms. When we got home one item had a huge gash on the top of the table and another item was totally the wrong color then what we told the guy to load.

As you can imagine this has been very frustrating with having to not hear from anyone and having been told we would receive our $100 gift card and then nothing. We have called numerous times to sit on hold and the customer service experience is just awful. If this is the way we are to be treated as customers then I will have to say that my wife and I, along with some family and friends will not return. It is just unacceptable this whole experience.

If you would like to contact me about this I will personally take time out of my day and stop what I am doing to talk to you about getting this corrected. I am sure this is all a big misunderstanding. I will leave my number below and whether I am at work or spending time with my family I will do my best to take our call.
