I'm a customer of your company for several years now and I would like to start by saying that the art of customer service is hard to come by these days. I recently went into the Douglasville,Ga.location and received some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I went to the jewelry counter and the lady attempting to help me out was not having a good day first off she was not at the counter I had to ask for help and when she did come over she looked at me and asked what can I do for you and after letting her know that I wanted to see some watches she asked how many and I let her know that I didn't know how many. She said that I can't open to many of the boxes because this was a high theft store ( I don't know why I needed to hear that, or know that). But upon hearing that I asked for a manager but I heard her call over the ear piece to let the manager know that there was a customer needing to speak with her because I had a lot of questions. When the manager came over she said "What" and I asked was that comment for me and she said know, but who else would it be for? By now I was done so I asked for the number to customer service and I left the store and went to my car and called the number. I spoke with a young lady and she took my information and said that someone would contact me,but that's been over 2 weeks and still have not gotten a call. I went online and ordered me a watch but when I got it it was a little too snug so I decided to go to other location and it was the Austell,Ga location. Needless to say that service I received at this location was totally opposite of the Douglasville . The two young ladies that were at the jewelry counter were just AWESOME! They help me find a watch and entertained my 3 year-old son while I decided on a watch, not only did I look at almost All the watches ,they had no problem with it. Customer service was the number one thing to them. I just needed to let someone know that I'm really glad I didn't give up on shopping with your company and went into the Austell location. I hope that you have a talk with both locations about this email.
