I'm a droplet in an ocean of customers that have purchased cars from dealerships that you own. I am also a business owner and would want to know if I had employees doing grave injustice to one of my customers. I would like to let you know that that is what's happening to me. I know that you are a very busy man and very important. You probably don't have time to spend on this. I'm at a loss and this is the only shot I have at helping my daughter. The car I purchased is unsafe. I would just like someone to hear what I have to say.
