I’m a loyal customer of Mercedes and for last 15 years I am driving Mercedes Benz. Lately I purchased ML350 in 2014 but unfortunately 2 months before its control unit suddenly stopped functioning. When I gave it to EMC Abu Dhabi for fixing, I have been asked to pay a good amount for it.
Being one of top luxury car in the world, it’s really sad to have one of the key part of the car, damaged without any human intervention. The name Mercedes is reputation, stability and reliability, hence getting this part damaged within short period of time, definitely doesn’t suit this brand at all.
In view of the above, I shall highly appreciate your support to arrange to fix this part by the Company and shall remain obliged. I’m sure I will not be disappointed.
