I'm a very unsatisfied Host with Booking.com. I encountered a fraudulent guest and was assured by your Team (per email) I would be compensated for lost income. To date, Ive been given the runaround resulting in frustration and very bad feelings towards your organization.
I would appreciate it if you would abide by your email and take responsibility for the fraudulent guest I encountered.
