Im an employee at Omnisource Toledo non ferrous , weve been having an issue regarding our tarping of trailers. One of our employees fell off the side of the truck and thank God he wasnt injured to bad or Killed, why Im sending this email to you is because you say you have an open door policy. Your safety and management group cant come to a decision on how to keep us safe. If money is an object, please dont shove safety down our throats. I as an employee of over a decade am appalled that SDI has chosen to put our situation on the back burner. My self and fellow employees will be interested on your response... Thank you
