John sent a message to Joseph R. Swedish – President and Chief Executive Officer of Anthem, Inc. Email Address that said:
Im being told by renown that MedTech has gone out of business. Renown is trying to get dates from when wheelchair was purchased, but I understand that Anthem isn't giving them information needed.
I have to have a scooter because the wheel chair damages all my walls, I can not sit in it for more than 45 minutes.
I would appreciate info given to Renown so we can move forward with a different method of moving thru house.
