Im contacting due to booking a group holiday through teletext using your airline, ryanair. Since booking and paying in full myself, my partner kelly milner and my to children regretably can not go away due to our third 8month old having heart problems and needing to have an operation at alderhey in liverpool. We contacted asking if we could possibly cancel or rearange to which we where told we could only cancel and only receive £214 back off our £1050 spent which was just our accomodation and nothing back off ryanair. We cancelled within a few week of booking due to finding out about our babies illness a week after. Im disappointed in the customer service we got and was blatently blanked when we asked to speak to a manager also knowing that our airline seats will be resold more than likely for full fare again. We have all the hospital documents supporting our babies illness and in these kind of circumstances i thought that a large company would have some kind of heart and compassion knowing we going through this difficult time. I no that 1050 wont be alot to you but working 40hrs a week for £350 it is to us. This holiday was goin to be our first as a family without our baby due to being so young but with whats happened it isnt possible, and to have nearly £800 taken away makes our lives even harder. To say the least i am absolutely appauled with ryanair and will not use again
