I'm emailing you to about the workers at your company its been some months since I started my service with the company before then my dad had service with the company ok he left without paying the bill the lights was disconnected I called an got the service turned on in my name an not once did they tell me I had to pay a balance on a previous acc..... ok a few week while I was in the hospital having my daughter my service was disconnected ok when I arrived home I called an asked how much it would be for my service to be reconnected they told me 335.49 ok I didn't have it at the time but when I got it I called my account had been finalized an i had to open another acct so the lady did all that an gave me a new acct ok an that when i paid the 335.49 the would send someone out to turn the light on i did that i called back only for them to tell me i had to pay the pass due amount on another acct i asked why they told me some one from verification had to call an it would be 24 to 48 hrs.... i didn't hear from anyone so today i called back an asked about my acct they said some one would call an they did an she was very rude about it i don't understand why i should pay for another acct that they didn't ask me to pay when i first got the service with all due respect i have a 3 week old daughter that im jumping from house to house with im about to get put out of my house an they don't seem to care if they would have told me i had to pay almost 600$ to get my lights on i would have never paid the 335.49 that they told me to pay an to call back when i paid it ......i hate to have to get a lawyer to look in to this cause i don't think this is fair at all so can you email me or call me please ....
