Mark sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. that said:

I'm extremely displeased with your Playstation support practices and "customer support". I was hung up on twice and disconnected from chat because they could not fix my issue. I need 134.3 MB of free space to install updates for any game that I'm trying to use. I have deleted MORE than that amount on many occasions. I have rebuilt my database twice and initialized my PS4. They stated that it was the publishers issues and not theirs. So I have over 25.50GB of free space and I cannot enjoy my game no matter how much space I delete because it's the publishers issue? I really do not want to boycott PS4 and go back to Xbox One because I enjoy the superior graphics and the PSN, but this is where it is leading. I asked if they could send me a new harddrive or offer compensation because I work 12+ hours a day and just want to sit down and play a game for a few hours before I go to bed. Can you please help me? Thanks.
