We are entitled to a full credit and are receiving a ridiculous run around. My family has been a long time Hilton Honors member. (My son has booked 27 rooms for his upcoming wedding and my parents have stayed in Hilton for 3 months every summer for the last 9 years.) We have always been pleased, until now. I'm shocked and dismayed by the treatment we are receiving regarding this matter and hope to settle outside of court and without involving media attention. Please contact me Thank you.
