Jo  sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. that said:

I'm having a massive problem trying to get your people to understand that I do not owe you $12.44. That was the credit I was issued when I cancelled my subscription. I have been through phone calls, talked to two managers, wrote a letter and they allegedly took my name off and took care of it. Ha! I just got another bill yesterday and just got home to a message from Sirius Radio. I would like this resolved as I am so ready scream and then contact the attorney general.
