I'm having an issue that is not getting resolved and I keep getting routed overseas which I do not appreciate because they have been rude to me EVERY time. I'm beyond frustrated at this time because I have waited and waited on the line and been on the phone for hours on end. I have been with sprint for over 10 years now and really don't want to cancel but my account is here in the US so I expect to speak to someone here that can help me rather than be rude to me and speak to me so matter of fact like they have overseas. It's not just myself, my whole office is considering cancelling services because we have all just had enough! I need someone to call me back asap that can resolve my issue.
