Jackie sent a message to Antonio Urcelay Chairman and CEO, Toys R Us, Inc. that said:
I'm not sure where to go. I am sending this on behalf of a coworker, she doesn't know I am doing this.. She is severely upset and I have decided to take things into my own hands.
She is a single mother to a precious little girl. She ordered a Peanuts Snoopy puzzle from Toys R Us back in November. The wrong puzzle was sent. She went through all of the needed steps to do a return, get the right puzzle and the wrong one was sent again. Called back, and was on hold for 30 minutes, only to then be told the woman's computer was down and she would have to call back.
She called back the next day or so and went through it all AGAIN - only to have the wrong puzzle sent a THIRD time.
Now she has had the wrong puzzle send a FOURTH TIME.
Her daughter loves Snoopy and Woodchuck - and that is the puzzle she ordered. She keeps getting some pink puzzle with Snoopy and another dog in front of the Eiffel Tower.
No one is able to help her. Can you? We don't know what to do. I want to help her.
