John sent a message to Abigail Johnson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:
I'm sorry to bother you with this issue but I am receiving no resolution to a vexing problem I'm having with the insurance arm of Fidelity Investments.
A technical matter, through no fault of my own, caused my insurance to be cancelled when the accounts of Northrop Grumman employees were transferred to Fidelity. I was embarrassed to discover this when I was at a pharmacy attempting to refill my maintenance prescription.
It has been 8 days since I first contacted Fidelity and opened up a case with reference number where promises have come and gone. It is now late on a Friday so I'm looking at another 3 days at least for a resolution.
Please direct this matter be given the attention required to bring this to a swift resolution. I thank you in anticipation of your assistance.
