I'm trying to get this information to someone at Sears that will convey my concerns and disappointment to someone that can affect change. Sears shipping and delivery times are completely off pace with the rest of industry and it is killing your business. You have to be able to compete with Ebay and Amazon with delivery times. I ordered a simple wire harness for my riding lawnmower on 25 Feb 16 and now a week later it hasn't even shipped. Other parts I ordered from ebay was delivered 3 days ago. Whoever reads this please forward it, because it will eventually affect you and your job as well. Thank you.
