Richard sent a message to Edward Lampert Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Email Address that said:

I'm very disappointed. I ordered tires as part of a promotion on Friday November 27th and to this date have not received them. I've been charged for them, but have not received the tires, the bonus points ($100.00) or the award card ($50.00). And if I hadn't stopped at the auto center on December 5th(on this visit the gentleman told me the tires had to be specially made and that he expects them Tuesday or Wednesday of last week) and called on December 11th(on this call the gentleman told me they had to send out a Help Ticket to find the tires and he doesn't know what's going on with them and he'll speak with the store manager but he doesn't know how long it will take to get them) I wouldn't have received any communication in the order. All this great service is in addition to the first interaction I had with the auto center that included a 30 min phone call which most of that time I was on hold, precisely 23 minutes, and nobody ever checked back. I've included the screen shot of the call log. What really surprises me is there was no delay on me being charged for the tires but not so much as a phone call to explain the delay in getting the product. I still want the tires because they are a great deal, and I still expect the SYWR points and award card but I'll leave it up to you on what you do to not lose a lifelong dedicated Sears/Kmart customer.
