Im very disappointed in your company and the way your company has handled my problem. I purchased a 2014 Toyota and the whole frame rusted out. I never received a recall or information telling me bring the vehicle in and have fixed. I have exhausted all my resources to have this problem fixed. I believe Toyota should pay to have it fixed but no one will listen or help me. This is way Im contacting you and hope you can help me or have someone help me.
