Dana sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. – email address that said:
I'm writing to complain about Sony Playstation. I feel like the ps4 system was good u til I found that they pretty much want you to pay to play online. That's just plain highway robbery because the last gen console was free. With games ranging from $39.99-59.99 plus dlc additional prices, I feel like you would at least let us be able to play online for free. I mean this is just absurd. I'm a struggling college student and I don't want to have to pay for ps plus account every year for something that was free on ps3.
