Im writing to you in the hope you will listen to me my husband says you will Iv got reservations about it , I travelled to Amsterdam last week with your airline I payed for priority boarding 4 times over and back and the same with luggage , everything was fine in Dublin but in Amsterdam they said Id not paid and had to pay extra what started out at €65 flights ended up €280 , Im due to fly to london in November but need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances so may I please have a refund or a voucher to the value
