Autumn sent a message to Carol Meyrowitz President and CEO, TJX Companies, Inc. – email address that said:
I'm writing to you regarding a late charge on my account that resulted in my credit score dropping 93 points. Ive spoken with 3 people at the company, they've reversed the charge, but I NEED for this late charge to be to be resubmitted as an error to the bureaus. I had a flood in my kitchen 3 weeks ago and I'm trying to get a loan for the repairs, This black mark has knocked the wind out of me.
I love TJMaxx, and have shopped there over 25 years. I've got all of my family shopping there, as well as my friends. I want to keep loving it and shopping there, but I feel like something very valuable has been ripped away from me and I NEED to get it back.
Please, please, please help.
