In a nutshell, I recently turned in two leases on a 2014 Corolla and a 2014 RAV4. I tried to stay with Toyota but couldnt come close to making a deal. Matter of fact, the RAV4 only had 18,000 miles on it and was truly in showroom condition. Even with Toyota incentives, I got a 2017 Jetta for less than your company wanted for a 2016 Corolla and was offered $400 less than book for the RAV4. I feel that in light of this, my disposition fees should be waived. I tried meeting my obligations, your local dealership(s) failed me. I would be happy to discuss this with you. (518) 672-4666.
