In addition to my regular work schedule I work part-time for a retailer who uses Fidelity to manage its ESOP and retirement plans. After two years with this employer, I'm seriously considering quitting simply to get out from under having a very small amount of money held hostage by Fidelity. Yes, it has been that frustrating.
One of these days, I'm going to leave the job and Fidelity and I can be rid of each other. In the meantime, in my regular work as a speaker and writer, I find opportunities to mention Fidelity all the time.
