In July, It was bought to my attention that Kohl’s erroneously showed a 60-day – Kevin Mansell email address

Emil sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Mansell:
In July, It was bought to my attention that Kohl's erroneously showed a 60-day
for $10 past due on my credit report. A Kohl's customer gave Kohl's a "change of address" and Kohl erroneously placed the address change into my account thereby sending my invoices to the incorrect address. This error resulted in my credit score dropping 41 points. After an investigation, Kohl's corrected the error and notified the credit reporting agencies to remove the $10 60-day past due report. However, Kohl's failed to correct the address error. This has caused me great inconvenience and embarrassment. While this was being corrected, I was denied credit for financing a purchase of new windows for my home.Although my credit score has since gone back up 41 points, Kohl's never corrected the incorrect address, resulting in my having to waste unnecessary time contacting the credit bureaus and writing them explaining why the address was incorrect.
I believe that I am entitled to compensation for the wasted time, and aggravation caused to me by Kohl's. I'll rely on your fairness to what compensation you will extend.

Sincerely,
Emil
